Shipping and Return Policy

 

SHIPPING POLICY 

Each item purchased online is shipped via USPS. Our flat rate shipping cost is $8. Orders placed before 1pm PST are processed Monday - Friday within 48 hours of when the order was placed. Please keep in mind that it can take 2-7 business days to receive your order from the date it was shipped; not the date the order was placed.
 

 

RETURN POLICY:

Return shipping is to be paid by the customer. My Sunshine Boutique does not offer free returns shipping. 

We are a small business, and can not issue refunds to initial method of payment. 

 

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

Once your return is received and processed. We will offer you store credit for item(s) returned.

 

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS

-Items not eligible for returns include Sale items,Bodysuit, Accessories: including Hats,

Sunglasses, Bralettes, Handbags.

 -The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping cost.

 -Merchandise must be returned to us within 7 days of the delivery date.

-Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with original tags attached, and free of any make-up, stains, spray tan residue, pet hair or floor debris.

-If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.

-Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.

-Store Credit does not expire.

MINORS

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. Unless supervised by an adult over the age of 18.

MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED DUE TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS / NOT PICKING UP ORDER WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION, CAN YOU RESHIP IT FOR FREE?  

Unfortunately there is a reship fee of $8 for orders that are returned due to incorrect address or orders that are not picked from local post office with signature confirmation. Unfortunately we are not refunded the postage cost for the first package shipment and cost us two fees for a reshipment.We ask that you double check shipping addresses before placing an order to avoid any additional costs. We also ask that you please check tracking details for orders of large amounts because they include signature confirmation and may need to be picked up at your local post office. Thank you for your kind cooperation and understanding.
